Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By purchasing or using any Sentality product, you agree to these terms. Sentality Pty Ltd (“Sentality”) provides software extensions for enterprise platforms including HubSpot, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.

2. License

Each Sentality product is sold as a one-time purchase perpetual license. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the product within your platform instance for as long as the product remains compatible with your platform version.

The license covers unlimited users within a single platform instance. Multi-instance deployments require separate licenses.

3. Support & Updates

Each purchase includes 12 months of standard support and product updates. After this period, support and updates may be renewed separately. The product will continue to function without renewal, but will not receive new features or platform compatibility updates.

4. Platform Requirements

Sentality products run natively within their target platform and require an active subscription to that platform (e.g., HubSpot Enterprise, ServiceNow instance, Salesforce org). Sentality is not responsible for platform outages, API changes, or compatibility issues caused by platform updates outside the support period.

5. Restrictions

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from any Sentality product. Products distributed via platform marketplaces are also subject to that marketplace’s terms of service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sentality products are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentality shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
